Let’s start with the elephant in the room:  Terms and Conditions suck.  They’re super long and technical, they cover a crazy amount of topics, and every website and app have them.  It’s gotten totally out of control.  You can barely buy a donut at the grocery store self-checkout without agreeing to waive your right to trial in some small print.

But, there’s a reason they’re omnipresent in our lives.  The law entitles you to know what you’re agreeing to (and what you’re not agreeing to) when you use our website.  So, here we go:
